- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-08-18, by Paul GoslingCustomer Service is very poor. The staff are friendly but have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Been left in a awkward and expensive situation through being given wrong information and advice. Think maybe all staff need to be trained in customer/ membership services better. I will find a gym being run by professional adults and leave DW asap
