  Friendly service, was picking up a car for a friend and travelling from Preston. Collected me from the train station, answered the questions I asked, although was surprised to be told by one of the salesmen that he wouldn't go looking through the paperwork in the office to find the particular original I had asked for (car had been taken elsewhere for a fix) - but if required he would send via email. Very strange given I was the only customer in there, so not like they were run off their feet! Lots of nice cars in there anyway and the garage seemed spotless.
